Aquest grup mira els materials i les tecnologies que hi ha darrere dels rellotges Rolex. Les pel·lícules tracten el bisell giratori unidireccional, la tecnologia PVD i el platí 950. Rolex fa servir l'acer 904L des del 1985 en lloc del 316L, habitual en la rellotgeria suïssa, i la inserció de bisell de ceràmica Cerachrom va aparèixer per primera vegada al GMT-Master II el 2005.
